This Privacy Policy describes how Vellum Lens (CNPJ 40.851.633/0001-28) collects, uses, stores and protects users’ personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
Registration data (name, e-mail, encrypted password); payment data processed directly by the financial intermediary Hotmart (we do not store full card numbers); platform usage data (pages accessed, credit history, AI interactions, login with date/time/IP); and technical data (device, browser, session cookies).
To create and manage your account and subscription; process payments and charges; provide support; improve the platform; send communications about the service; send marketing only with consent (which can be withdrawn at any time); and comply with legal and tax obligations.
Data processing is based on: performance of a contract, consent (marketing), compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, and legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention).
We share data only with: Hotmart (payment processing), hosting providers (server infrastructure), artificial-intelligence services such as Google Gemini (processing of AI features, without selling data to third parties), and public authorities when legally required.
