Vellum Lens (CNPJ 40.851.633/0001-28), hereinafter “Vellum Lens”, “we” or the “Company”, operates this platform. By accessing or using our services, you (the “User”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
A competitive-intelligence SaaS for TikTok Shop that collects and organizes public data on products, shops, creators and videos, with AI-generated analyses. Data is collected automatically and Vellum Lens does not guarantee absolute accuracy or real-time updates. AI analyses are informational and do not constitute a guarantee of results or revenue.
Registration with a valid e-mail address and a password is required. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity in their account. Sharing access beyond the user limit of the contracted plan is prohibited.
Basic, Pro and Agency plans, billed monthly or annually at the prices in effect. Monthly credits are consumed by specific features and do not roll over to the next cycle. Payments are processed by the financial intermediary Hotmart — Vellum Lens does not store full credit card data. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled beforehand.
You may cancel at any time through the account dashboard or support. Cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not automatically generate a refund for the period already paid, subject to our Refund Policy and the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Important: because payment is processed and charged on a recurring basis by Hotmart, cancellation can — and, in case of doubt, should — also be done directly in the Hotmart subscriber area. Vellum Lens is not responsible for recurring charges maintained by Hotmart when the User has not completed the cancellation on either platform.
The 7-day right of withdrawal follows the applicable legislation. Vellum Lens may refuse new subscriptions and suspend accounts in cases of repeated abusive use, such as repeatedly subscribing and cancelling in order to obtain access without paying.
The following is prohibited: reverse engineering or unauthorized scraping of the platform; reselling or redistributing data and reports without authorization; using the service for unlawful purposes; or compromising the security of the infrastructure.
The brand, layout, source code, structured database and methodology are the exclusive property of the Company. Raw data refers to public information of third parties (TikTok Shop); what we protect is its organization and presentation.
We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of platform data, nor do we guarantee 100% uptime. Vellum Lens’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the last 3 months.
We may change these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. Continued use after the change implies agreement.
Governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Elected venue: the judicial district of São José do Rio Preto, SP, waiving any other.
